Hi,

I didn't put this on the tech issues forum because I wanted to get a general feel from the gaming community about this...

Is it me or does there appear to be a lot of connection & speed issues occuring recently. It seems that almost everynight something is going wrong, & you never quite know what it's gonna be.

The peak of these errors was at the weekend when a server RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO up caused everyone to lose an hours game play.

This may not seem like much, but I know at least 2 players who lost Ecto drops because of this...

Do you think this is going to get progressively worse with the inclusion of Chapter 2, or do you think there is sufficient technical competence at Anet to get past this & get the game running smoothly again?

I had reported an issue a few days ago about the game lagging, rubber banding, etc that we have been experiencing and the tech basically said that it's because of the Factions implementation that they are doing. This was before the rollback as well so that may have caused some other problems. I'm sure it will get better, and it is annoying, but they have a large, world wide preview, coming up so I'm sure they are working night and day to make sure things are running right for that.

Before the server lockdown and roll back, i never really had any problems. I think i experience about 5 minutes if baddish lag the same day, but for me guild Wars is running as smooth as usual

Do not forget that they are updating the game for the coming weekend preview.
I get lag sometimes but its not as bad as it used to be a couple of weeks ago.

Same as usual...

Except the day when Ettin's Back was down.
